Tickets will be available for pick up at the Silvertips Administrative Office (2000 Hewitt Ave., Suite 100) one business day after order is placed. Tickets not picked up by 3:30 pm the day of the game (1:30pm on Sunday games) will be at AOTW Arena Will Call, photo ID must be presented to pick up tickets. If you choose the email delivery option, your tickets will be sent within two business days or by 2pm on game day if purchased within two days of the event.

Tickets for this promotion are NOT available for purchase at the AOTW Arena Box Office. Must have valid ID at time of pickup. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Tickets are subject to availability.

ANGEL OF THE WINDS ARENA BAG POLICY

Clear plastic or vinyl bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”.
Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5".
Certain exceptions for medical or diaper bags may be permitted after proper inspection.
Oversized bags, backpacks, multi-compartment bags, duffle bags and purses larger than 4.5" x 6.5" are not permitted.
Seat cushions that have pockets, zippers, compartments, or covers are not permitted.
